~ Reservations & Information

The reservation department is operating from 0800-2200 every day. Guests can make inquires via telephone, fax or Internet.

~ Guest arrival & Check in

On arrival a member of the management team will welcome guests (Check in time is 14:00)

~ The Room Tour

Guests will then be escorted to their room where a member of the management team will give them a short description of in-room facilities and services and answer to any queries they might have.

~ During Guest stay

During their stay, guests can experience the following services and amenities:

-Room service from 08:00 to 21:00

-Secretarial service (fax, e-mail etc.)

- Information about excursions, island boat trips, taxi services, bus time-table and local festival attendance.

- Free loaning library service from the reception desk

~ Guest Departure

Guests will receive a quick check out service from the reception desk. The transfer from Loutra to Merichas port by taxi can be arranged upon request. (Check out time is 12:00)
